- Please be advised that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy.
- If you are cancelling a Bridal party, we require 2 weeks notice.
- All missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service.
- Please arive 15-20 minutes before your appointment to ensure a full treatment session.
- Please note that we may not be able to extend treatment sessions which start after the scheduled appointment time.
- Gratuities: Our prices do not include gratuities. All guests should feel no obligation to offer a gratuity if you were unhappy with your service. Gratuities generally range from 15%-20% of the service.
